Just been checking out some of the new blogs starting up around here - too bad I can't keep up with all of them.
Just a few of them:
"The World of Timo" by the 15 year-old Timo. Great to see young people in here. Today Timo describes the difference between friend and best friend.
"Verbosedamsel," she just started today and already knows how to insert a photo into her blog. I'm jealous. And, she'll answer you back if you leave a comment.
"Meanderings" by Eve. Just starting up.
"Musings of a middle-aged man" just started up this morning also. And, he's already stirring up controversy from another new blogger, Laks at "Quest for self."
A couple of my favorite blogs:
"Scram Gravy" by Wally. Read chapters one and two of "I didn't fly over...I landed in it." A good read and a great sense of humor. Thanks Wally.
"Railroad Street" by EM Diesel - "Keyboard snapshots of life on Railroad Street." Princess is lucky to have a dad like Diesel! The snapshots are vivid and, at times, heart wrenching. Worth the read.
Interesting blog:
"Webgoddess." Webgoddess writes a diary that turns out to be a history lesson. Interesting graphics and blog, but not for everybody. Myself included. Still, it is worth checking out. Warning though - contains adult content.
This blog is my attempt to step outside of my own little world and check out the worlds and realities of others. The blogs mentioned don't necessarily reflect my opinion. In fact, I am attempting to honor the opinions of others. Now I must sign off for I am fearing the wrath of Mrs. God. BS

A few notes on other blogs I stalked my way through this morning.
--First of all - scratch the DeBunkem alert. He has stepped forward and explained the WORD in another of his deep and thought provoking blog entries. Way to go.
--Scratch of "Echos of the Tomb" fame decides to stay with Blogstream after venturing out into the blog world and discovering that the vibe is better here. Good choice Scratch.
--The PrairePrankster in his blog, "The Paradox of the Prankster," writes poetry for the soldier's safe return - "Be safe come home soon," he wrote. Makes me wanna cry. I echo his sentiment. Every day is a good day to pray for the safe and speedy return of our soldiers.
--Ethelmermaid in "Life in Phoenix" writes about her attempts to train her Lab/Shepherd, rescue guy before guests come for turkey next month. We like this gal.
--A welcome to Tinkerbell, "Tink" and her blog, "A Walk in My Marching Shoes."
--Spiffyqueen wrote installment 3 of the things that gross her out. Nothing left to the imagination on this one. Fun blogging queen.
Congratulations to all the great blogs that made the Featured List. Keep blogging neighbors and remember, everyday is a good day to be kind to your neighbors.

Alert, alert, a man of many blogs appears to have disappeared and left the blogging world with only two measly WORDS! Find him mama, bring him back. There are two damsels waiting in distress for the meaning being, beneath, before and after or inside o f t h e t w o W.O.R.D.S.

I'm not going looking for a blog that rubs me the wrong way. All of the blogs on this site have value.
In the future I will feature blogs that I like. If something spontaneously rubs me wrong, I'll make mention of it. But really, with 3000 blogs on this site, if I'm reading yours - well, it's probably pretty good. Ok, yeah, I hold my opinion in high esteem.
Let's just say that the kindness of some of the comments have shown me the light. bs

Speaking of Mr. Blog Master, I like this guy. He answers our questions and addresses our concerns with kindness and respect. Plus, look at this site. Who can keep with all of the blogs? The folks that run this site are doing an outstanding job. The blogs are easy to find, easy to up-date, we can change our minds it we think better of a post after pushing submit and we can delete. That's big. I've used that one a couple of times - mostly when I can't keep myself straight. Photos are easy to upload. I like have our own favorite's list. Oh, and don't forget the comment section. The comments section has been a valuable feature for continued discussion, as well as for getting to know the human behind the blog. Hey, and we really can start a blog in 5 minutes. Applause and bows to Mr. Blog Master.
So, I'm wondering - when can we get those sexy black backgrounds for our blogs?
Well, staying true to my mission on this blog, I'm off to find one I don't care for. Except that I'm having a hard time being mean these days.
Should I or should I not name the blogs I don't like? I originally named the two yesterday but went back and deleted. I'm confuzzled.
